Credit Reference Submission
Please provide at least three (3) credit references using the form below to apply for a line of credit with All-Coat. This step is required if you wish to establish credit terms with our company.
First-time orders from new customers will always be on pre-payment terms.
Once we have received at least three favorable responses from your trade references, our accounting department will notify you to grant or deny net 30-day payment terms.
Customers will remain on pre-pay status until net 30-day payment terms are granted.
We will not reach out to banks for credit information, nor will we run a credit check. We will only contact your trade references.
It is your responsibility to make sure that all trade references provided are able to give a reference on your behalf.
We ask that you notify the trade references that we will be getting in touch with them, so that they may reply to our request in a timely manner. When these trade references do not reply to our request, or they are unable to do so, the application for credit may take longer to complete.
We will only contact these trade references one time via email for documentation purposes. If these trade references do not reply to our request after our initial attempt, we ask that you have these references get in touch with us or we may ask you to supply us with more trade references.
